高铁成段换轨模式与技术研究

摘要:

由于无砟轨道结构与高铁行车组织模式的特殊性,高铁成段换轨尚未形成成熟、稳定的施工模式。系统分析了高铁成段换轨面临的施工条件与主要技术难题,针对性提出了同步法施工模式及其关键作业技术。该模式通过同步组织卸轨、焊接与换轨工序,优化车辆编组与行车组织,有效减少了工序干扰。现场实践表明,同步法施工模式能够安全、高效地完成高铁成段换轨施工,改善钢轨病害,提升轨道结构的长期服役质量与线路平顺性,可为高铁成段换轨施工提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Owing to the particularity of ballastless track structures and the traffic organization mode of high-speed railway, a mature and stable construction mode of the sectional rail replacement operation for high-speed railway has not yet been formed. The construction conditions and main technical problems faced by sectional rail replacement in high-speed railway were systematically analyzed, and it put forward the synchronized construction mode and its key operation technologies in a targeted manner. By synchronously organizing the processes of rail unloading, welding and replacement, and optimizing vehicle marshalling and traffic organization, this mode effectively reduces process interference. Field practice shows that the synchronized construction mode can safely and efficiently complete the sectional rail replacement construction of high-speed railway, improve a series of rail diseases, enhance the long-term service quality of the track structure and the track smoothness, which can provide reference for the sectional rail replacement construction of high-speed railways.
